Jason is a results-oriented executive with years of progressive leadership experience. He is driven, passionate, innovative, entrepreneurial, and a collaborator. With over 10 years of experience in the marketing, printing, and promotional industry, Jason provides support and vision for the Sourcing Spot team.

Corinne has 30 years of experience working in different levels of office administration. Corinne is extremely detail-oriented and has a passion for systems, organization, and putting things in place. Corinne also deeply believes in the importance of relationship building.

Jim is a highly skilled Director of Business Development and manages several key accounts. For the past 22+ years Jim has worked for Cintas in sales and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience working with local and regional businesses. Jim takes pride in helping customers achieve their desired goals and enjoys building long lasting business relationships.

Richard Gaeta

Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing


Richard is highly entrepreneurial, an innovative change agent, and a team builder. He has leveraged his skills and experience to advance business objectives for early-stage companies. Richard’s corporate career spans 20 years at Xerox Corporation where he held executive roles in Finance & Strategic Planning, Sales, Operations, Business Unit Leadership, and General Management in both Canada and the USA. After Xerox, Richard has launched new initiatives in Technology Services, Enterprise Software, and led an ERP acquisition in the Healthcare software vertical. In 2007 he started an international Financial & Business Advisory Practice, helping early stage companies position to raise capital; fill strategic gaps, develop go-to- market plans, and execute on business development activities.
